KTM Roofing is committed to protecting its customers. Since 1984 (incorporated in 1995) our roofing company has been run to the highest standards. In fact, we’ve had to set our own standards in many cases, providing a strong warranty on roof installations and labor.

Georgia Roofer Licensing

Most people that call us ask if we are a licensed roofer. The answer is “yes.” That said, few people know how low the standards are in Georgia to start a roofing business. Each state handles licensing differently and in Georgia the only requirement to be a roof is to have a business license. That’s it. No additional qualifications need to be met in terms of expertise or knowledge of roofing. This puts additional burden on the customer to determine which companies are reliable and which ones are suspect.

KTM meets all the state requirements, but is that enough? We’ve focused on setting our own standards. This includes working extensively with our manufactures to keep certifications in various areas of roofing. Our roofers are trained professionals that can work with a variety of materials and they are regularly tested by our manufacturers. Project Bonding Available

Not everyone knows what bonding is for a roofing project, but they know it is something they should ask about. This is a good thing. Bonding is to protect the customer should the project run extensively over in time. Bonding is optional for each roofing project. KTM can secure this and pass provide this service as a pass through cost. Keep in mind this is typically an unnecessary expense because a roofing project is completed in such a short time frame (some times same day, else typically within a few days).
