Raising Roofing Standards Since 1984™
Atlanta-based KTM Roofing traces its roots back to its founding in 1984 by Kelly and Tim McLoughlin, with a commitment to deliver the highest standard in roofing results at fair prices. The company, which started with a small crew of experienced roofers specializing in complex jobs such as the preservation of historic homes, quickly grew based on the consistent quality of each finished project. Since then, KTM Roofing has been entrusted with protecting historical homes throughout the metro Atlanta area as well as a variety of the city’s most recognizable landmarks including the Eastlake Golf Club, the Stone Mountain Memorial Hall, and the Arthur Blank Family Foundation building.
Highly Skilled Master Roofers
During KTM’s early days, the company focused on specialized roofing materials such as slate, tile and wood shake roofing. Few roofers are equipped with the knowledge and expertise to complete these specialized projects. As preservation of historic homes became more popular, KTM’s market share grew. Over the last three decades KTM has replaced roofs on some of Atlanta’s most historic homes and notable community landmarks such as Eastlake Golf Club, Stone Mountain Memorial Hall, and the Arthur Blank Family Foundation to name just a few.
